Vendor Application

Becoming a vendor at Camelot Days is a two-part process. First you must be approved by the Camelot Days Vendor Coordinator, Marcia Norris. Second, you must be approved by Broward County.

Vendor Application Checklist

  1. Download Camelot & Park vendor forms Read, Fill Out & Call Marcia Norris at 954-254-0295 to be approved. All information is on forms.

  2. Since Camelot Days is held at TY Park (a Broward County Park) Broward County is now requiring vendors to be approved by them. Please send all Broward County Forms to Marcia Norris at [email protected]

Camping Options

  • $50 for rustic camping for the duration of Camelot Days (10 days) with shower access. You must be inside the site, within the fence. There is no camping in the parking area.
  • $40 per day for full campsite amenities call reservation to park at 954.357.8811
  • $20 one time fee, all vendors using electricity during or after faire.
  • RVs must be in designated RV Campground. RVs are not allowed onsite or in parking area around festival.
  • You cannot camp past the Monday after the festival. No excuses!

Electricity

  • $30 for electricity (Fri-Sun both weekends). Limited electrical spots available.
