Becoming a vendor at Camelot Days is a two-part process. First you must be approved by the Camelot Days Vendor Coordinator, Debe Fisher. Second, you must be approved by Broward County.

2012 Craft Vendor Form
2012 Food Vendor Form - Since Camelot Days is held at TY Park (a Broward County Park) Broward County is now requiring vendors to be approved by them. The approval costs $100 (for the year) and requires insurance.

Camping onsite is allowed for vendors and entertainers. The fee will be $50. Showers at the TY Park campground will be available twice a day.
10% Discount for vendors appearing at both Camelot Days and Lady of the Lakes. Click here for Lady of the Lakes vendor information. In order to take advantage of the discount, both faires must receive vendor forms and fees by September 15, 2012.
